I was looking for a dinner plate that could hold sauce or gravy without spilling on my lap. These were perfect for that. My only problem is after a few uses the surface of the plates are all scratched. I still use them everyday but not really concerned about the way they look. 3 people found this helpful

These plates arrived several days before the anticipated delivery date, and they are just beautiful. The color is exactly as shown in the listing, a lovely soft pink color that reminds me of blush pink roses. I was a bit uncertain about how the matte finish would hold up as I’m used to having a gloss finish on my tableware. However, they have held up well to everything from quiche or casseroles to corn on the cob and burgers. Knives tend to leave a faint “scuff mark” on the light finish if you aren’t careful cutting your food; however, it washes off fairly easily with a dish sponge. I’m very happy with these and get compliments when they are on the table.
