These dishes were so pretty online and they did not disappoint in-person. I love how the plates are ever so slightly deep with a little lip. Perfect for those who like a heavy meal. The bowls have the perfect depth as they are not overly deep, but not shallow. Great for soups and chili. These dishes are a bit heavy and do not feel cheap at all. I was concerned based on another review that they wouldn’t fit in the dishwasher, but I had no trouble. The speckles of brown and the light blue swirl brighten up my farmhouse chic theme throughout the house. I purchased two sets and they are perfect!

Nice plates, just deep and wide enough for a stew or soup. Colors are vivid and the same as the picture. The packaging was well done and they arrived without any problem. I am very happy with the design and will be using those plates regularly.

This is the most beautiful dish set I’ve ever bought. I saw a lot of reviews saying the color was off but I took a chance and my set came out true to color. I actually would not have minded a slightly lighter yellow but this is what is advertised and exactly what I got! The texture/bumps on the outside give it a much more aesthetically pleasing quality and looks elegant. It is also extremely durable and heavy. Looks like I paid much more for this set than I actually did! Great deal!

The design is so pretty and dainty. Great for salads, soups, and pasta. Wish they were a tad bit larger, but really no complaints at all.

I was a big fan of these right out of the box when they arrived today. As others have posted, these have such an impressive style to them that makes them look way more expensive than they are. I love the design with the ‘lip’ on the plates and bowls. The swirl of the blue and brown speckles is so unique. These are thick and solid. Looking forward to using these.

I love the shape of these bowls and they are so useful, I honestly didn’t realize how much I would love them. I ordered them for pasta and find we use them practically everyday. One of the bowls does have a small chip already but I think that was my fault when it bumped another dish getting into the washer. I am hoping they last for a long time, the colors of the bowls are fun and cheerful. I would buy again.

I havr been so picky about dishes. I didn’t want heavy dishes. I wanted a decent coffee mug, smaller dishes and shorter bowls. This set is awesome! It was just what I was looking for. I am so excited I took the chance, read the reviews and decided to order. I don’t regret this for the cost! Well worth the money!!!

I love my new Tunisian ceramic plates. They are exactly as shown on picture, packaged very safe, great quality, sturdy adding a great touch to my collection. I have been having great compliments about my plates. Perfect for pastas soups and salads!

This is my first review of any product as I don’t usually bother BUT these bowls are the ABSOLUTE best ever!Besides being gorgeous,they are simply fantastic!My husband has the use of only one arm and deep bowls are hard for him to get all the food out of.These are wide and low profile and he can now get every last bite of food without needing assistance.I wish I needed plates because these are so beautiful I’d love to have matching sets.8 people found this helpful

I like them a lot. They are very pretty and very heavy. They are the perfect size for what I wanted. I love serving food out of large bowls instead of plates. These are even nicer than large pasta bowls. They are very much worth the price.

First, the packaging was over the top. We had no chips or breakage. My wife is pleased with the aesthetics of the Mellow Yellow color, but they are not as golden as expected. These dishes are a little unusual with a large flat surface and a big lip around the edge of the plate. This is a little awkward in the dishwasher. With over a month of use and several bangs, no chips so far. Overall, we are pleased and would buy again.

I got this set, past bowls, dinner & salad plates and cereal bowls. They are beautiful, nice weight and fun to eat out of. We love them!

There are slight pattern differences between the plates as well as a difference in the size of the speckles on the plates vs bowls, etc. If anything, I would like the speckles smaller. I ordered 3 sets of 4 place settings and only one salad plate had a chip. I called Elama customer service and a replacement is enroute. These plates are a bit on the heavy side but probably no more than other plates of this material but compared to the plates (porcelain) I’m replacing they are. The plates also have a fair size lip which is nice for keeping the food on the plate but does take up extra vertical space.

I purchased two sets of the Mellow Blue. I LOVE them! The dinner and serving plates have a small lip which keeps all the food where it should be, on the plates. The nubs on the plates, bowls and cup edges give an interesting feel to the dishware. The colors are a bluish grey and definitely Mellow. I definitely recommend this set for anyone who likes to add style to their kitchen.
