    You still need a towel to hold the handle if you have a gas stove after boiling.But works great and boils fast.Whistling noise isn’t THAT loud which I think it perfect.

    This set is super cute for a boy or girl. I’m so happy they made it in a color that is not strictly girly cuz I have a 3yo boy who wanted a tea set. The fact that these can be used with real food and “tea” (or water in our case) makes the set more worthwhile. Takes pretend play to the next level.

    My tea kettle whistle broke and I have spent months searching for the perfect tea kettle replacement.I purchased this on Freeson Ceramics, as it was a discount and I figured it would “get me by” until I found the perfect kettle, which had been taking longer than expected.I have quit looking as this tea kettle has delivered! I like everything about it, so far.The whistle is loud enough to be heard in the rooms off the kitchen.It is a good size and weight and pours nicely.My mother has no trouble lifting and pouring, as she has had with some. Recommend!

    FINALLY! An adorable tea set for my BOYS! It seems that all tea set makers envision their audience to be frilly little girls who love pinks and purples. As a tea drinking parent, my little boys wanted to be in on all the delicious milk-honey-chai action, but I was not about to trust my 6 and 3-year-olds? with my very breakable tea pots and cups. Not only is the color awesomely gender neutral, they feel very solid and we all enjoy drinking out of them during our daily tea parties. My boys are pretty rough on these and they are still looking as good as when we got them months ago. Bonus: they are made from recycled plastic so you are saving the Earth with your purchase.

    Absolutely love! Love all the Green Toys! I can throw them in the dishwasher when they need to good cleaning and sanitizing! I am a nanny and keep a number of toys at my home for times when we just gotta change our environment and I can tell you the only toys I have come to absolutely love are the Green Toys and Learning Resource brands. My current 4 (all boys, 2 and under) love sitting down and playing tea/coffee and having they’re little conversations, they mimic the old men at our local coffee shop!!! Highly recommend!

    Love the product quality for the money.The size does not overwhelm my stovetop and will bring water to boiling quickly.The lid fits snuggly and will not pop off when tilting kettle to pour.and no potholder needed to grab that hot kettle.Also like the stainless steel interior and have no worries about rust issues.Able to hear whistle throughout the house.

    I was really skeptical on buying this kettle at first.Not only was I looking for a particular color (light blue) but I wanted a good quality kettle as well.I didn’t want to just get a “pretty looking” kettle but one that would work properly.Oh and it does! I have an electric induction stove top and it worked marvelous. And the whistle isn’t cheesy at all.I thought it would be some annoying high pitched scream but that didn’t even disappoint either! So yeah, very happy with this kettle with all of its features.

    My 2 yr old son loves these, he makes “coffee” for us each morning. He also uses the sugar bowl and a spoon to make me food when I make lunch for him. It is the cutest! Boys like to play house too. Gasp! What if we let our sons play like an equal partner, not placing gender roles on them so they can grow up and become involved fathers. Extra bonus my daughter can play with them too when she is old enough. Great product! Thank you for making it not pink!

    This is the coolest teapot I think I’ve ever had I love the design and the look of this it is very easy to clean I like that this type of finish doesn’t leave fingerprints on the outside I leave mine sitting out on the stove so the Spanish makes it always looks super clean and presentable

    Very giftable. Much better than I expected! It looks and performs great. I use it on top of my wood burning stove and when I get a good fire going it lets me know. It will probably clean up fine but it still looks new so far. It is very easy on the hands so you don’t need a glove to use it. And when the family tires of the whistle you can just push the button. Light weight but somehow feels strong. The color I got is great! I thought it was seabed but it looks like others. But if you get the one I have you won’t need gloves or a towel. This fake wood does not get hot. I guess it did have some ash dust on it so I took a paper towel to it on one side and it looks new again

    Love the made in USA. These are a heavy plastic. Well made. This is just what I can see from the part of the box that has a cutout so you can feel and see them better. Since it is a gift for my granddaughter, I did not want to open it. But it reminds me of the heavy weight plastic from decades ago, evwn metter since this is supposed to be bpa and all that bad stuff free or what is bad at the moment.

    Use daily for boiling water for coffee. Small footprint, but holds enough water for 4 mugs of coffee, plus. Cosmetically appealing.Excellent, simple design. Pours easily.Handle does not get hot. Fairly priced. For the practically minded, what more could you ask for? Very pleased.

    I love This kettle! I wanted a very load whistle.this one will scream like it’s on fire! I also wanted a stainless steel interior as aluminum may be bad for you. The inside is stainless steel. The color I chose is perfect with my stainless steel appliances and the color I picked is perfect with my granite counters! Very happy with this purchase.

    We have quite a few Green Toys trucks and really like the quality, so when I saw the tea set I was intrigued. We don’t actually use it for tea…we’re more of a cocoa and cider type of family, but my kids still love using it. We’ve put it in the dishwasher (top rack) multiple times with no issues. I use my Keurig and put it directly into the tea pot and let it cool to a safe temp. My 4 year old can usually pour without spilling and my 2 year old does pretty well too. Yes, the lid can come off, but it hasn’t really been an issue for either of them. Spills are a part of life, I don’t feel my kids make any more mess using this tea set than they do at a typical meal.

    I bought the green tea kettle.It brightened my kitchen so much that I can’t stop admiring it.And, it is made well – sturdy and graceful. The only reason I rated it a 5 on the Ergonomic section is because the handle could be just a little higher to accommodate pouring liquid in it from a container. But, all in all, this is the nicest tea kettle I have ever owned.Buy one! You will be very happy you did!
