Returns & Exchanges

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you find that your purchase does not meet your needs, you may return it within 21 days, accompanied by proof of purchase, for a full refund. Please note that after 21 days since receipt of the order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Certain products may be exempt from this return policy due to their unique characteristics, such as items from our Limited Edition Collections or products that are made from fragile materials like ceramic and glass, which are prone to damage during return shipping. These items are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received. They must also be in the original packaging.

The return address and instructions for returns will be provided when you notify us your intent to return an item. Please review the product details at the time of purchase for specific return information related to each item before getting in touch with us to initiate a return and refund process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 (five) business days:

  • check your bank account again;
  • contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
  • contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded (unless it is damaged).

Damaged or wrong Items

Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Please provide us with the photos of damaged or wrongly sent products via [email protected]
